Revenue Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to optimise revenue, pricing strategies, and distribution performance across a growing portfolio of serviced apartments in Australia. This remote role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong commercial insight with a passion for technology, AI, and automation to drive performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

• Manage OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and Agoda, ensuring accurate rates, availability, and optimal channel performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, booking pace, and seasonality to identify revenue opportunities.

• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, weekly pickup reports, and monthly performance reports.

• Manage PMS and channel management systems, such as Mews, SiteMinder, NextPax, or similar platforms.

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate with management and property operators to improve commercial performance and support new property onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality revenue management, preferably within serviced apartments or aparthotels.

• Proven experience managing revenue across multiple properties.

• Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms, PMS, and channel management systems.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

• Practical experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and automate processes.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work independently.

• Experience in the Australian accommodation market is an advantage.
