Retail Store Manager

About the role

Responsible for the full operation of Xiaomi offline retail store, including sales target achievement, store daily management, team supervision, customer experience and brand standard implementation, to ensure stable and profitable store operation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual store sales KPIs, optimize conversion rate and customer consumption value.

• Manage daily store operations: opening & closing, product display, hygiene, inventory management and stock taking, reduce inventory loss.

• Lead, train and manage store sales team, arrange shifts, motivate team performance and improve service quality.

• Execute company's marketing activities, new product launches and in-store promotions.

• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction and Xiaomi brand image.

• Submit regular sales and operation reports, control store operating costs.

About you

• 3+ years as a Store Manager or Team Leader (electronics retail and FMCG preferred).

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong communication, management and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented.

• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
