About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager B2B to join our team at our North Jakarta location. This is a contract-based position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business-to-business retail operations. As Retail Manager B2B, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing team performance, and driving sales growth within the B2B retail environment. This role is pivotal to ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support whilst maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• Manage and supervise retail staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and development

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement

• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control to optimize product availability and minimize wastage

• Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support profitability

• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment that meets health and safety standards

• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure effective product displays

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

• Report on store performance and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail store management or a similar supervisory role within the retail and consumer products sector

• Demonstrated success in managing B2B retail operations and building client relationships

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Excellent sales and business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets

• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control systems

• Sound knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices

• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment

• Preference for candidates with experience in the Indonesian retail market or B2B retail distribution
