Retail Floor Manager - Lotte Grosir Manado

About the role

We are searching for an experienced Manager Floor to oversee the operations and performance of our Dry Food, Fresh Food, Non Food department at our store. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the all category.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of the Dry Food, Fresh Food, Non Food department, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising

• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to drive revenue

• Collaborate with other Departement and the team to develop and execute plans to achieve departmental and store-wide objectives

• Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment by providing coaching, training, and motivation to the Dry Food team

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the Retail Wholesale/Hypermarket or consumer products industry, preferably in the Dry Food category, FMCG, and Grocery

• Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and sales best practices

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals

• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency

• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

• Must be willing to be relocated to any store location throughout Indonesia
