About the role

Restaurant Manager role responsible for meeting sales targets, managing staff development, and maintaining service excellence across all operations.

Qualification

• Minimum SMA/SMK/Diploma/S1 education, preferably in Culinary Arts, Tourism, or Management

• 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager

• Target-oriented and detail-oriented

• Strong service mindset and leadership qualities

• Good teamwork and high work resilience

• Able to create Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

• Available to join immediately

Key responsibilities

• Meet restaurant sales targets

• Manage staff numbers and human resource development

• Monitor employee discipline

• Manage maintenance of restaurant facilities and infrastructure

• Control stock and related administration

• Maintain and improve service excellence standards

• Prepare budget plans and work plans for the store

• Prepare work reports and restaurant revenue reports
