Resident Engineer Senior

About the role

Senior Resident Engineer responsible for knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover of IT infrastructure. Support operational activities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for infrastructure systems. Provide technical advisory, training, and mentoring to internal teams. Ensure service continuity and recommend infrastructure improvements.

About you

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure

• Proficiency in Network (LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, SDN), Server (Linux/Windows), Proxmox, Cloud, and Security Infrastructure

• Experience in system migration, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and mentoring capabilities

• Minimum 3 relevant professional certifications such as CCNP/CCNA, Red Hat, Virtualization, Cloud, or Network Security

• Willing to be a dedicated resource during the project period
