As a Reservation Staff member, you will be responsible for managing booking inquiries, handling reservations efficiently, and providing exceptional support to our customers throughout their booking journey. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation requests via email, phone, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, availability, and pricing

• Confirm bookings and issue relevant documentation (e.g., invoices, confirmation letters)

• Maintain and update the reservation system and customer database

• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Respond to customer inquiries, changes, or cancellations efficiently

• Monitor booking trends and report any issues or irregularities to management

• Ensure all bookings adhere to company policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking software

• Proactive, reliable, and organized

• Placement in Nusa Dua, Bali.
