GMAT/GRE Tutor (Online)

Tanggung jawab

1. Conduct online GMAT/GRE classes based on the pre-determined schedule.
2. Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on the needs of each student.
3. Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback on practice exercises or mock tests.
4. Create additional teaching materials when necessary to support students' learning.
5. Manage and facilitate online discussion forums to address students' questions.
6. Assist students in designing individualized study strategies to achieve their specific target scores.

Persyaratan

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a GMAT/GRE Tutor.
2. Prior experience teaching online is highly preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of GMAT/GRE structure and content.
4. Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
5. Expertise in result-oriented teaching methods.
6. Proficiency in using online learning software such as Zoom or Google Meet.
7. Ability to analyze test results and provide specific, actionable feedback.
8. Excellent communication and motivational skills.
9. Patience, active listening skills, and the ability to build a supportive learning environment.
10. Discipline, independence, and a strong focus on achieving results.
