Research and Development Staff

Job Purpose:

Responsible for carrying out product formulation and development at Lion Wings, ensuring formulations are stable, perform well, and fulfill market requirements.

Job Description:

1. Planning and developing product formulations.

2. Conducting physical and performance analysis of products.

3. Performing stability tests.

4. Developing new formulas and reformulating existing products

5. Verifying and calibrating formulation and analysis equipment

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, pharmacy, and apothecary with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Having a degree from an overseas university is a plus.

3. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of R&D experience in Baby Care products are preferred.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

5. Personality traits: disciplined, honest, creative, eager to learn, and willing to work in a team.

6. Skills: problem-solving, detail-oriented, communication and coordination with other functions, administrative skills, and laboratorium skill.

7. Working Hours: Non-shift, Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5 PM).
