About the role

Pajakku is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Registration Authority to join our team and grow with us. You will handle customer support inquiries and operational requests, perform customer identity validation and manual verification processes, monitor customer certificate renewal activities, escalate issues to relevant teams, and prepare daily operational reports.

What You’ll Do?

• Handle customer support inquiries and operational requests through designated communication channels

• Perform customer identity validation and Manual Verification (VM) processes accurately and in accordance with procedures

• Monitor customer certificate renewal activities and ensure timely coordination and follow-up

• Escalate operational or technical issues to the relevant internal teams for further resolution

• Prepare daily operational reports, maintain documentation, and support knowledge base updates

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in any major

• Experience in customer support, operations, administration, or customer-facing roles is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Familiarity with KYC, customer verification, or operational support processes is an advantage

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and able to adapt quickly to new systems and applications
