Regional Retail Manager （ Medan）

Oversee all retail operations across the entire Sumatra region:

1. Develop standardized implementation plans for the five core retail pillars (people, product, place, promotion and training) in alignment with corporate retail KPI metrics.

2. Establish and maintain the regional retail database, track the progress of retail initiatives, and take accountability for regional retail target achievement.

3. Drive productivity and store sales growth of premium products at key regional stores including KA outlets.

4. Support Regional Managers and City Managers in managing field teams, including trainers, visual merchandisers, sales executives and promoters.

JS

Sales background in 3C electronics (mobile, tablet, wearables, accessories, PC) or home appliances; FMCG is acceptable.

1. Offline regional sales management experience, preferably covering one or more provinces.

2. Proven hands-on experience with distributors & agents.

3. 3–10 years relevant experience; exceptional candidates with <3 years may be considered.

4. Team management experience, preferably leading teams of 30+.

5. Fluent English for daily business communication.

6. Open to nationwide relocation; base location negotiable.
