Recruitment Specialist (English Speaker)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written) – Mandarin proficiency is a plus

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)

• Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.)

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage)

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (staff to supervisor level)

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessments when required

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications

• Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database

• Handle employer branding activities (job fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns)

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborate with HR team for orientation

• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management
