Recruitment Officer - Site

Placement: Merauke, South Papua

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, especially in mass hiring, skilled labor recruitment, or high-volume recruitment.

• Willing to be based in Merauke and travel to other areas across Papua as required for recruitment activities.

• Experience in plantation, mining, or other heavy industry is preferred.

• Creative and resourceful in developing talent sourcing strategies.

• Strong ability to build relationships with local communities and talent networks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled labor (heavy equipment operators, mechanics, welders, technicians, helpers, and non-staff roles).

• Conduct massive hiring and academy hiring programs targeting local talent across Papua.

• Develop non-conventional sourcing channels through local communities, networks, referrals, and partnerships.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support high-volume manpower requirements.
