About the role

Provide medical consultation, examination, diagnosis, and treatment for employees and workers. Manage occupational health services and monitor employees' fitness for work. Provide first aid and emergency medical response for workplace incidents and accidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation, examination, diagnosis, and treatment for employees and workers

• Manage occupational health services and monitor employees' fitness for work

• Provide first aid and emergency medical response for workplace incidents and accidents

• Maintain and manage employees' medical records and health documentation

• Monitor and follow up on work-related illnesses and injuries

• Support health and safety programs, including health promotion and disease prevention activities

• Conduct medical assessments for employees before and during employment when required

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers when further medical treatment is needed

• Provide medical support for employees working in plantation and field areas

• Ensure medical facilities, medicines, and medical equipment are properly maintained and available
