Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern

Job Description

Recruitment Support:

1. Organize and schedule interviews for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.
2. Coordinate schedule arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups

Employer Branding:

1. Create and manage social media content for employer branding.
2. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
3. Ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
2. Strong interest in Social Media, Recruitment, and Employer Branding
3. Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms)
4. Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
6. Available for a full-time internship for 6 Months, with the possibility of extension
7. Able to work with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement
