RECOVERY GYM MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily recovery and wellness operations.
2. Ensure high-quality recovery services and exceptional client experiences.
3. Lead, train, and support the recovery team.
4. Develop recovery programs and services based on clients’ needs.
5. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
6. Monitor client feedback and continuously improve recovery experiences.
7. Coordinate with other departments to provide a holistic wellness experience.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in recovery, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passionate about health, fitness, recovery, and wellness.
5. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
6. Good command of English.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Candidates currently based in Bali are preferred.
