About Us

Luneva Villas Ungasan is a new boutique villa property in Ungasan, South Bali. It has 11 private pool villas, each with its own pool, bathtub and kitchenette, plus a lobby lounge. We are building a small, warm, professional team ahead of our opening, and you will help shape how we welcome our guests.

The Role

As Receptionist you are the face of Luneva and the guest’s main contact from arrival to departure. You report to the Office Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and give a villa briefing

• Look after guests during their stay: requests, questions and complaints

• Provide butler service, including arranging transport, dining and activities

• Keep the front-desk log and hand over properly between shifts

• Pass bookings and enquiries to the Office Supervisor

• Keep the lobby and guest areas neat and welcoming

• Work with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security so guest requests are handled quickly

• Take part in pre-opening training and setup

Requirements:

• Diploma or SMK in Hospitality or Tourism, or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year in front office, guest service, a villa, hotel or resort (fresh graduates with strong attitude are welcome to apply)

• Good spoken and written English; other languages are a plus

• Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp)

• Familiar with the PMS Book&Link and OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka) is an advantage; experience with other booking or property management systems is also a plus

• Friendly, neat, calm under pressure, and takes initiative

• Able to work 6 days a week on rotation, including weekends and public holidays

• Based near Ungasan or Kuta Selatan is a plus.

Working Schedule:

6 days work, 1 day off (7 working hours plus 1 hour break), rotating shifts.

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary of Rp 4,500,000 – 5,000,000, depending on experience

• BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

• THR (religious holiday allowance)

• Service charge share (as per company regulations)
