Receptionist

About the role

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Resting Koala Spa, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our reception area, ensuring guest satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, providing them with accurate information about spa services, amenities, and local attractions
• Managing reservations and scheduling appointments, ensuring all bookings are handled efficiently and courteously
• Handling inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing concerns promptly and effectively
• Assisting with conference and hotel reception duties, ensuring smooth coordination of events and guest accommodations
• Maintaining detailed records and reports, utilizing Microsoft Office tools to keep all documentation organized and up-to-date
• Supporting the team in maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, contributing to the overall guest experience

About you

• Senior or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and reception consultation
• Strong skills in customer service, reception consultation, problem-solving, customer engagement, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable personality
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and contribute positively to the team's success
