Job Descriptions:

• Develop and create new non-alcoholic beverage recipes, including matcha, tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks.

• Experiment with ingredients, flavors, textures, and presentation to create unique beverage concepts.

• Conduct product testing and maintain consistent beverage quality and recipes.

• Manage recipe development, ingredient selection, and beverage costing.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop innovative and cost-efficient beverage menus.

Qualifications:

• Experience in beverage R&D, barista, beverage preparation, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of matcha, tea, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverage ingredients.

• Creative and passionate about developing new drinks and exploring beverage trends.

• Understand basic recipe costing, portion control, and product standardization.

• Detail-oriented, experimental, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in F&B, cafés, restaurants, or hospitality businesses is a plus.
