Quality Supervisor / QMS

What we're looking for

• Quality Assurance expertise: Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or related supervisory roles within manufacturing environments

• QMS knowledge: Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001 or equivalent standards

• Document control experience: Proven experience managing document control systems, configuration management, and maintaining version control protocols

• Technical competency: Knowledge of quality inspection methods, testing procedures, statistical analysis and quality metrics

• Regulatory compliance: Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, packaging standards and compliance requirements in relevant markets

• Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, provide coaching and foster a quality-focused culture

• Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical and investigative skills with experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

• Organisational skills: Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities

• Preferred qualifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, Six Sigma training or equivalent quality management certifications would be advantageous
