Quality Management System

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management System specialist to join our team in Batam, Riau Islands. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring our organisation maintains the highest quality standards across all manufacturing and operational processes. As Quality Management System specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements. This position is fundamental to our commitment to excellence and directly impacts our reputation and operational success.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance and quality control within manufacturing or logistics environments

• Formal qualification in Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline; certification in ISO 9001 or other recognised quality management standards is essential

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing quality management systems, preferably in packaging or related industries

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and other relevant quality frameworks

• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis techniques

• Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of seniority

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality initiatives

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
