About the role

PT Donlim Technology Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Staff to join our growing team in Demak, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality across our manufacturing operations. As Quality Assurance Staff, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our rigorous standards and regulatory requirements. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering excellence and building customer trust in everything we produce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or non-conformities

• Document and record quality control data, test results, and inspection findings in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

• Perform product sampling and execute quality tests using standard methodologies and measurement tools

• Investigate quality issues and deviations, working with production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, trends and performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, industry regulations and customer specifications

• Collaborate with production, engineering and management teams to resolve quality-related concerns and prevent recurrence

• Prepare quality assurance reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures

• Participate in training programmes to stay updated on quality standards, testing methods and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or vocational qualification in engineering, manufacturing or a related field; further qualifications in quality assurance or a related discipline are advantageous

• Proven experience working in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies and best practices relevant to manufacturing and logistics

• Proficiency in using quality control instruments and testing equipment

• Ability to accurately document, record and analyse quality data

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments

• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues

• Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is preferred

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
