Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer

Job Descriptions :

1. Manage and maintain food safety & quality system certifications, such as Halal Assurance System and CPPOB (BPOM).
2. Manage and maintain the documentation of SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and Forms related to the quality management system.
3. Conduct internal audits across all facilities (Central Kitchen, Hubs, and Warehouses) to ensure food safety compliance, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) through continuous improvement projects with related divisions.
4. Manage and coordinate annual external product lab testing, and instrument callibration within all facilities
5. Support external audits and regulatory inspections related to quality and food safety systems.
6. Support cross-divisional investigations to resolve quality issues occurring in raw materials, in-process, finished products, or customer complaints.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role within the F&B or food manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience in BPOM product registration and Halal certification management is a strong plus.
3. Good knowledge of Food Safety Systems such as GMP/CPPOB, HACCP, ISO 9001, or FSSC 22000.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across divisions.
5. Systematic mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to travel across all facilities (including business trips out of town as required)
