Quality Assurance

• Ensure testing meets quality standards, system specifications, and is free from bugs or defects before release.
• Review BRD/PRD and system designs to understand features and identify potential functional or security gaps.
• Develop Test Plans covering testing scope, schedule, resources, approach, and potential risks.
• Create and execute Test Cases and Test Scripts covering positive and negative scenarios through manual or automated testing.
• Record and track bugs or defects in issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, including clear steps to reproduce.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers (PMs) to reproduce bugs, verify fixes, and ensure applications meet requirements.
• Perform UI/UX, exploratory, cross-device/browser compatibility, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium, and perform regular regression testing.
• Conduct performance, speed, and load testing using JMeter or Locust, while identifying basic security vulnerabilities.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Tester, or in a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experienced in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts, and executing both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello, including bug reporting and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experienced in performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
