QA Staff Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO

About the role

Focused on initial checking, in-process checking & final product validation to ensure compliance with customer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 

• Lead root cause analysis and monitor improvement activities with Production, PPIC, and QC teams. 

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards. 

• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports. 

• Manage quality-related documentation and records. 

• Maintain and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and quality systems.

About you

• Diploma or S1 from any major.

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in a machining manufacturing environment, including CNC machining, metal cutting, and precision parts production. 

• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, etc.) 

• Japanese company experience is an advantage
