Support materials efficiently while navigating customs regulations. Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiation and sourcing strategies. Assist in coordinating and executing activities in alignment with the company's operational and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely delivery and adherence to import regulations

About you

• Above +3 years experiences in Stockist and Supplier company specialized in Pipe, Fitting, Flange and Valves industry as Purchasing Import & Local Sourcing.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or a related field

• Strong vendor negotiation and local supplier evaluation abilities

• Strong knowledge about Import Permit Submission (PIB)

• Strong in Importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other import documents)

• Negotiation skill, communication skill, leadership

• Strong understanding of end-to-end import processes and import documents or regulations

• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work with numbers

• Proficient In Mandarin is Plus.
