Purchasing

Qualifications:

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory monitoring, and cost optimization to support efficient business operations while maintaining quality standards and budget targets.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably within the F&B, Food Production, Central Kitchen, Hotel, or Restaurant industries.

• Strong numerical and data processing skills.

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and accurate in performing tasks.

• Good understanding of cost control, inventory management, Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to work systematically and meet deadlines.

• Honest, responsible, well-organized, and proactive.

• English communication skills are an advantage.

• Must be based in Bali.
