About you
Minimum education: SMK / D3 / S1, preferably Civil Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in construction projects
Understanding of Accurate system
Understanding of material procurement processes, equipment, and project requirements
Ability to search, compare, and negotiate price, quality, and payment terms with suppliers/vendors
Understanding of construction material specifications and ability to read material request documents
Ability to create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requests (PR), price quotations, and purchasing documents
Ability to monitor material delivery according to project schedule requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors, and project team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, with analytical capability and ability to work with targets/deadlines
