• Ability to manage guest data and continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive guest database.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within Bars, Clubs, or Nightlife establishments.

• Experience in guest relations, customer engagement, or public relations within the nightlife industry is highly preferred.
