Deskripsi pekerjaan

  • Conduct metallurgical analysis and testing of metals and alloys to determine their properties, such as strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, and heat treatment response
  • Investigate and analyze material failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to improve material performance
  • Develop and optimize heat treatment, forging, casting, welding, and other metallurgical processes to enhance material properties and production efficiency
  • Establish and oversee quality control standards for materials, including conducting inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards
  • Ensure all metallurgical processes and materials comply with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
