Deskripsi pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or project management certifications can be advantageous
  • Practical experience in automotive manufacturing, including roles related to production management, quality assurance, or process improvement
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, IATF 16949, and other quality management standards
  • Ability to prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process manuals, reports, and project plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production team, and suppliers
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to automotive manufacturing
