Responsibilities

• Manage and administer psychometric assessments
• Process and analyze psychometric data to support organizational decision-making
• Contribute to the development of accurate, data-driven assessment systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assessment quality and relevance
• Stay informed on emerging technology and AI applications in psychometrics and HR

Kualifikasi

• Master's degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics, assessment, or analytics
• Strong understanding of assessment and psychometric principles
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in psychometrics/statistics (e.g., ISO) is a plus
• Strong interest in technology and AI developments within psychometrics and HR
