Project Quality Assurance

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Project Quality Assurance professional to ensure effective project monitoring, operational performance, and compliance with company standards.

This role focuses on project performance, manpower and budget control, revenue monitoring, and process improvement while ensuring accurate reporting and seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, operational performance, and compliance with established timelines and quality standards.

• Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Monitor project revenue, manpower utilization, budgets, and operational KPIs against established targets.

• Analyze project performance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, quality control records, and administrative compliance.

• Monitor project schedules, production capacity, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency.

• Maintain and optimize ERP systems, project databases, and digital monitoring tools.

• Coordinate with Project Directors, Principals, Finance, Business Development, and Production teams to ensure data accuracy and effective project execution.

• Support continuous improvement of project monitoring systems, reporting processes, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Control, Project Monitoring, or a similar operational role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems, and digital reporting tools.

• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data validation, reporting, and project documentation.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, project-based environment.

• Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or design consultancy is an advantage.
