Business Unit Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, business-driven, and entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager to lead business growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence across our creative and project-based business units.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

• Oversee commercial performance, including budgeting, pricing, project costing, profit margins, and business pipelines.

• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients, developers, investors, and strategic partners.

• Lead commercial negotiations, partnership development, and stakeholder management.

• Oversee project operations to ensure effective resource allocation, timeline management, quality standards, and successful delivery.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including creative professionals, project managers, technical specialists, and external partners.

• Strengthen business positioning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proactively identify business risks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Architecture.

• Proven experience in business management, commercial operations, project leadership, Project Management, Hospitality, Property, business development, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial performance, budgeting, pricing, and profitability.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of project management, operational processes, and resource planning.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and commercial decision-making skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership, adaptability, and results-oriented leadership.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and operational teams.

• Willing to work on-site in Bali.
