Project Manager (F&B / Retail)

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for new client onboarding and site openings.

Collaborate closely with Site Acquisition / Business Development to ensure smooth project handover.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for each new partnership or outlet setup.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Oversee equipment installation, product rollout, and operational readiness at client sites.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and contractual agreements.

Manage communication with partners during setup and implementation phases.

Track project costs and ensure delivery within approved budget.

Prepare project reports, performance evaluations, and post-launch reviews for management.
