Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion.

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed requirements.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to clients and management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects, from planning to implementation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experienced in managing project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with technical teams, business users, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus.
