Project Manager

Requirement

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial or Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer (preferably in the EPC or Oil & Gas sectors)

• Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

• Capable of preparing technical designs and cost estimations (mechanical field)

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and CAD; skilled in reading technical drawings, with a creative mindset and a meticulous approach to inspections

• Knowledgeable in plant design, calculations, isometric drawings, and process flow equipment

• Familiar with ASME Section VIII Division 1, API 650, as well as DIN, JIS, and ANSI standards

• Excellent communication skills; energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

• Strong team player who is hardworking, results-oriented, proactive and capable of working under deadline

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of maintenance projects—from planning, mobilization, and execution to final completion and handover—ensuring alignment with the contractual scope and company objectives

• Manage and control project costs, schedules, quality, and risks to ensure completion within the approved budget and timeline

• Ensure full compliance with both company and client HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, procedures, and requirements, as well as all applicable regulations for oil and gas operations

• Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including support for shutdowns/turnarounds, corrective and preventive maintenance, inspection programs, and on-site coordination

• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction) as well as external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Monitor resource allocation, workforce planning, material availability, and equipment readiness to ensure efficient project execution

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational and commercial impacts

• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, performance updates, cost reports, and technical documentation to management and client representatives

• Ensure that all documentation, reporting, and project close-out deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual terms and company requirements
