Project Manager

About the role

Lead, manage and oversee housing project operations from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, lead and manage the work organization structure for housing projects

• Oversee and evaluate housing projects from start to finish

• Coordinate and ensure overall project construction proceeds according to schedule, budget, and quality specifications

• Manage and monitor project budget and finances

• Collaborate with all relevant teams to achieve development and property sales targets

• Handle and oversee project licensing and legal compliance

• Establish and develop partnerships with third parties required for project success (banking, property agents, and others)

• Oversee the financing process for consumer home purchases from initiation through disbursement

• Maintain communication and coordination with partners (contractors, consultants, banks, notaries/PPAT, government, and other relevant parties)

• Provide project progress reports to management

• Ability to provide input, solutions and execute responses to operational challenges and obstacles during project implementation

• Capability to ensure smooth project operations and maintain conducive operational conditions
