About the role

Formulate property marketing strategy, programs and targets (residential, commercial and others) aligned with company strategy and targets through online or offline marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, programs and targets for property marketing (residential, commercial and others) aligned with company strategy and targets (online or offline marketing)

• Oversee, arrange, monitor and evaluate execution of strategy and company marketing activities

• Create reports on all marketing activities each month

• Provide solutions, input and marketing strategy to management

• Take full responsibility for sales targets

• Lead inhouse team and external agents

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as property marketing manager with good track record

• Property agent network, particularly in JABODETABEK area

• Own vehicle (minimum motorcycle)

• Willing to work in JABODETABEK area
