PROJECT COST CONTROL (PCC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Cost Control professional to join our construction team for our project in Timor Leste. If you have a passion for cost management and project performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.

• Track actual project costs against the approved budget.

• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control.

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports for management.

• Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget updates.

• Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project financial policies.

1. Project Cost Control

• Monitoring dan controlling cost proyek.

• Membuat dan memonitor Project Cost Budget.

• Membandingkan Budget vs Actual Cost.

• Monitoring Committed Cost, Actual Cost, dan Forecast Cost.

• Mengidentifikasi cost overrun dan potensi pembengkakan biaya.

• Membuat Cost Report secara berkala.

• Melakukan Cost Forecasting sampai proyek selesai.

2. Quantity & Measurement

• Memahami Quantity Take-Off pekerjaan konstruksi.

• Menghitung dan memverifikasi volume pekerjaan.

• Memahami BOQ (Bill of Quantity).

• Memeriksa kesesuaian volume pekerjaan dengan progress aktual.

• Memahami Progress Measurement & Progress Claim.

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara volume, progress, dan biaya.

3. Infrastruktur Jalan & Jembatan
Memahami item pekerjaan seperti:

• Earthwork / pekerjaan tanah.

• Cut & Fill.

• Excavation & Embankment.

• Subgrade.

• Subbase & Base Course.

• Asphalt Pavement.

• Drainage & Culvert.

• Concrete Work.

• Reinforcement / Rebar.

• Pekerjaan struktur jembatan.

• Pile/Foundation.

• Abutment & Pier.

• Girder dan Deck Slab.

• Road Marking dan pekerjaan pelengkap jalan.

4. Cost & Progress Analysis

• Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Planned Value (PV).

• Analisis deviasi Cost dan progress.

5. Kontrak & Administrasi Proyek

• Memahami dokumen kontrak konstruksi.

• Memahami BOQ, RAB, RAP, Contract Value

• Memahami Variation Order (VO)

• Memahami Progress Payment / Monthly Payment

• Memeriksa pekerjaan tambah/kurang

• Memahami dasar claim dan back charge.

• Membuat dan mengontrol dokumen pendukung pembayaran.

6. Material, Equipment & Subcontractor Cost

• Monitoring penggunaan material

• Rekonsiliasi material aktual vs budget

• Monitoring cost alat berat

• Monitoring fuel consumption

• Monitoring manpower cost

• Monitoring cost subcontractor

• Membandingkan productivity aktual dengan budget.

7. Software / Tools
Minimal menguasai:

• Microsoft Excel – Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, data analysis, dashboard.

• Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 menjadi nilai tambah.

• AutoCAD untuk membaca gambar teknik.

• Cost control / ERP system menjadi nilai tambah.

8. Reporting
Mampu membuat:

• Daily Cost Monitoring.

• Weekly Cost Report.

• Monthly Cost Report.

• Budget vs Actual Report.

• Cost Forecast.

• Cash Flow Projection.

• Progress & Cost Curve.

• Cost Breakdown.

• Management Dashboard.

Kualifikasi yang disarankan

Pendidikan:

• D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Industri, Quantity Surveying, Manajemen Konstruksi, atau bidang terkait.

Pengalaman:

• Minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Cost Control, Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, atau Project Control.

• Pengalaman proyek jalan dan jembatan/infrastruktur menjadi prioritas.

Sertifikasi:

• Sertifikasi BNSP di bidang yang relevan menjadi nilai tambah, khususnya Cost Control, Quantity Surveyor, atau bidang konstruksi.

• Sertifikasi Ahli Konstruksi/SKK relevan juga menjadi nilai tambah.
