Project Coordinator

Job description :

• Manage and coordinate design-related projects for restaurant outlets, including renovations, new store openings, booths/events, and signage.

• Collaborate with operations, marketing teams, and external vendors (contractors, designers, printing vendors) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and design files required for project execution.

• Monitor project progress on-site and ensure results meet brand standards and design specifications.

• Handle design revisions based on operational needs and management direction.

• Prepare project progress reports, design documentation, and administrative task.

• Ensure all design outputs support brand identity and enhance customer experience.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in design or project-related roles (experience in the F&B industry is a plus). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Drawing 2D/3D, MEP, or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of interior materials, restaurant layouts, and F&B operational flow.

• Good communication & coordination skills, strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines.

• Willing to conduct outlet visits or site inspections when required.
