Project Coordinator

• We are looking for people who are passionate about project management as the profession of project coordinator to join our project management & team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans

• Undertaking project tasks as required

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Participate in both online / on-site project meetings

• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing meeting minutes and emails

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

Requirements:

• High School, Diploma or Degree holders are ALL welcomed

• With or without experience in related field

• Responsive and passionate to work

• Basic verbal and written skills in English

• Ability to work at under construction sites and conditions

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook

• Able working outside Jakarta area (Batam, Cikarang, Karawang, etc)

Plus Points:

• Knowledge in using AutoCAD software

• Fluency in English

• Big-picture thinking and vision

• Can work under pressure
