Project (Civil) Supervisor

PT Daya Mineral Alam (PT DMA) is looking for a proactive and technically capable Project (Civil) Supervisor to oversee civil construction and infrastructure development activities supporting our mining operations in Ketapang, West Kalimantan. This role combines civil engineering design, technical drawing preparation, and on-site project supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing civil design concepts, preparing engineering drawings, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring that project execution meets technical specifications, quality standards, schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for mining related infrastructure, including access roads, drainage systems, foundations, buildings, concrete structures, site facilities, and other civil works as required.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent design software.

• Develop preliminary designs, design calculations, material quantity estimates, and technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and applicable engineering standards.

• Supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Monitor contractor performance, manpower allocation, material availability, equipment utilization, and work productivity.

• Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, occupational safety requirements, environmental controls, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects.

• Proven ability to develop civil engineering designs and prepare detailed technical and construction drawings independently.

• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and preparing engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with SketchUp, Civil 3D, SAP2000, ETABS, or other relevant design software is an advantage, depending on project requirements.

• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating civil construction activities from design through execution.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and provide practical engineering solutions in the field.

• Willingness to be based at the mining site.
