Production Supervisor Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives

• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement

• Overseeing operations of the production facility and directly supervising production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance

• Maintaining SOPs, and ensuring SOPs are in place and followed

• Enforcing established policies and systems, updating equipment, and following-up on recommendations

• Trouble shooting and technical adjustment on machine equipment 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

• Candidate should have 10 experiences working in Manufacturing industry (Factory) especially Injection 

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin And Indonesia

• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
