Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing (Pastry) - Bogor (B-134758)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Bogor.

• Our client is a Food Manufacturing (Pastry) Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production of cakes, pastries, desserts and ice cream to meet output, quality and delivery targets.

• Plan shift schedules, manpower and line assignments based on the production plan.

• Supervise, train and coach a team of bakers, pastry cooks, ice cream operators and packers.

• Ensure recipes, portion and process parameters (mixing, proofing, baking, freezing) are followed for every batch.

• Enforce GMP, HACCP, Halal and BPOM requirements on the production floor, including allergen control.

• Monitor critical control points and cold chain temperatures for ice cream and chilled products.

• Make sure cleaning, sanitation and 5S standards are met.

• Control waste, yield, downtime and labor cost, and drive improvements.

• Coordinate with QC, PPIC, Warehouse and Maintenance to solve issues quickly.

• Prepare daily production reports and keep batch records accurate for traceability.

• Promote workplace safety (K3) and investigate incidents.

• Support new product trials and continuous improvement projects.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or other related major.

• Business-level English fluency.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the bakery and confectionery industry.

• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Halal assurance systems.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
