Manufacturing Process Engineer

What will you do?

• Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing/CNC machining processes to produce machined parts.

• Assess and evaluate design to manufacture based on 2D and 3D.

• Design and implement innovative processes, systems, and solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.

• Manage the introduction of new products and processes into mass production, including the development of technical documentation.

• Manage production cost and time constraints to maintain operational efficiency.

• Perform risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA/DFMEA) to identify potential failures in the production process.

What are we looking for?

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Experience:
Have experience operating CNC machines (milling, lathe, laser, bending).

Technical Skills:

• Able to interpret 2D drawings for manufacturing needs.

• Proficient in CAM and CAD software.

• Understand the selection and application of cutting tools (cutting parameters).

• Able to develop jigs/fixtures for machining process needs.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
