Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)

About the role

This role involves managing raw material procurement, inventory control, and stock coordination to ensure adequate supply for production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct PR/PO for raw materials

• Input raw material requests into the system

• Manage and organize raw material stock

• Ensure raw material stock is sufficient

• Monitor stock levels and calculate raw material requirements based on production plans

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing departments

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, Purchasing, or warehouse administration; F&B industry experience preferred

• Understanding of Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) processes, and raw material request documentation

• Ability to monitor stock and calculate raw material requirements based on production plans

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems or inventory management applications

• Understanding of stock control principles including minimum stock, safety stock, and lead time

• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain quality and expiration dates of raw materials

• Attention to detail in data entry, organized, and able to coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams
