Opportunity

PT Mod Indo is opening an opportunity for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join us as a Production Manager. This position is responsible for managing production operations, developing production planning and schedules, and ensuring the achievement of quality, productivity, and efficiency targets. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, good planning abilities, and problem-solving capabilities to support the achievement of company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all production operational activities to ensure processes run effectively and in accordance with targets.

• Develop production planning and schedules based on targets, capacity, and resource availability.

• Ensure the achievement of production quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.

• Coordinate with IE, PPIC, Quality, Warehouse, and other related departments to ensure smooth production processes.

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the production team.

• Identify operational constraints and take corrective actions to improve the effectiveness of production processes.

• Monitor the implementation of production plans and ensure that established targets are achieved.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) or production lines.

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Result-oriented with a focus on quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Good planning, monitoring, controlling, and coordination skills.

• Able to collaborate across departments to achieve operational targets.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
