Production Line Leader - Foundry - Cikande Banten (B-134838)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Serang, Banten.

• Our client is Foundry company. Currently, they are looking for Production Line Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor daily production activities, manpower allocation, machine utilization, output, quality, and delivery achievement.

• Supervise production processes related to powder coating/painting, metal machining, including CNC and milling operations, as well as assembly processes.

• Ensure production is carried out according to work instructions, production schedules, product specifications, process parameters, and quality standards.

• Monitor coating/painting process parameters such as surface preparation, coating application, curing/oven conditions, and coating defects, as applicable to the process.

• Monitor machining activities, including CNC and milling operations, ensuring adherence to technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, tooling requirements, and inspection standards.

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to troubleshoot machine problems, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability.

• Analyze production problems, defects, rework, scrap, cycle time, and downtime; lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, especially in powder coating/painting and/or metal machining processes.

• Practical understanding of CNC machines and milling processes, including machine setup, tooling, technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing, with prior experience as a Leader, Line Leader, or Supervisor preferred.

• Experience in metal product manufacturing, with exposure to powder coating/painting, CNC/milling, and assembly processes.

• Knowledge of 5S, quality control, preventive maintenance coordination, and occupational health and safety practices.

• Relevant vocational education (SMK/D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
