Production Development Operation Supervisor

About the role

This role involves managing sample production operations, including creating production schedules, monitoring progress from preparation to completion, and ensuring on-time delivery. You will supervise the sample production line, maintain quality and productivity standards, manage workload and capacity across production lines, and oversee warehouse and sample room operations including inventory control and stock accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Make sample production schedules and manage sample ETD based on Work Orders released by PD CS

• Ensure all sample orders are delivered on time according to schedule

• Monitor sample progress from preparation to completion

• Identify potential delays during the process and take corrective action immediately

• Supervise sample production line to ensure smooth operation and ensure all operators work efficiently, safely, and follow SOP

• Maintain quality, productivity, and on-time delivery of sample output

• Monitor workload and capacity of sample line, coordinate with production line for support and re-allocate or balance workload between lines

• Check incoming raw materials based on sample team requirements and ensure correct specification, quantity, and timing of materials

• Collaborate closely with PD CS for material tracking and arrival follow-up

• Responsible for controlling and maintaining warehouse and sample room layout to ensure neatness, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in sample room, production, warehouse, or manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of sample production, work order management, material flow, and delivery control

• Experienced in warehouse management, inventory control, stock accuracy, and material tracking

• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Able to manage workload, capacity, priorities, and on-time delivery

• Knowledge of SOP, 5S, safety standards, and workplace organization

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP/WMS experience is an advantage

• Good command of English

• Willing to be relocated to Pleret, East Java
